Terms & Conditions
1. Who May Use the Services
By entering the Touchline Tracker Monthly Competition(“the Competition”), you and, if applicable, your parent/guardian(collectively referred to as “you” or “Participant”) agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in the Competition and grant Touchline Tracker the rights and license to use submitted videos as outlined herein.
2. Eligibility
The Competition is open to football players of all ages. Participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter.
3. Submission Requirements
To enter the Competition, Participants must upload their content via the Touchline Tracker mobile application (“the App”). Submitted videos must adhere to community guidelines and standards set by Touchline Tracker.
4. Rights and License
By entering the Competition and submitting videos, you grant Touchline Tracker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify the submitted videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to sharing on social media platforms. This license is granted for an indefinite period and includes the right to sublicense to third parties.
5. Competition Winners
The winners of the Competition will be selected by TouchlineTracker based on criteria determined by the company. Three winners will bechosen each month, and their names may be announced on Touchline Tracker’swebsite, social media platforms, and other promotional materials.
6. Prize Distribution
Prizes for the Competition winners may vary each month andwill be determined by Touchline Tracker. Prizes are non-transferable and maynot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
7. Release and Indemnification
Participants release Touchline Tracker, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability arising out of or in connection with the Competition. Participants agree to indemnify and hold Touchline Tracker harmless from any claims, actions, or liabilities arising from the use of submitted videos as outlined in section 4.
8. Privacy
Touchline Tracker will collect and process personal information in accordance with its privacy policy. By participating in the Competition, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the privacy policy.
9. Modification of Terms
Touchline Tracker reserves the right to modify these term sand conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Touchline Tracker website or within the App.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom. By participating in the Touchline Tracker Monthly Football Competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
