You must comply with this User Agreement, its incorporated policies, and all applicable laws.

You are required to adhere to the acceptable use terms of the Services: Access to the Services should only occur through the presently available and officially provided interfaces. Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for reasons including but not limited to, safeguarding issues and potential legal exposure.

The Terms include Intellectual Property Licenses:
While you maintain ownership and rights to the Content you post or share, you grant us a comprehensive, royalty-free license to make your Content accessible globally and to enable others to do the same. In turn, we provide you with a license to utilise the software integral to the Services, such as the Touchline Tracker mobile application, exclusively for the purpose of facilitating your use and enjoyment of the Services.

The Services are subject to change, and we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Services or specific features for you or other users at any time.
